摘  要:儿童参加课外培训班是我国教育市场上一道独特风景,属于典型的家庭教育消费决策行为。本文在家庭决策理论的基础上,首先,从文献资料收集、专家访谈和实际调查中,系统梳理总结了家庭儿童培训消费决策过程的影响因素,具体分为家庭(父母)、子女、培训企业、需求决策过程和区域环境5个方面,共19个因素;其次,运用系统工程学的解析结构模型法(ISM)将影响因素分为表层直接影响因素和深层根本影响因素,构建了反映各影响因素路径关系的结构模型;之后,运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵值法(Entropy)相结合的AHP-Entropy综合法来确定表层直接影响因素的权重值;最后,根据实际调查以儿童年龄为依据,将儿童参加培训的过程划分为四个阶段,发现不同阶段中父母和儿童两方面包含的5个因素的影响程度发生变化,并进一步运用AHP-Entropy综合法对这5个因素分阶段计算权重值并作比较分析。Children participating in extracurricular courses on China~ education market is a unique landscape, and a typical decision-making behavior of the education consumption. Based on the theory of family decision-making, firstly, this paper systematically sums up the influencing factors of family children consumption decision-making process from the literature collection, expert interview and practical investigation, including family ( parent), children, training enterprise, demanding decision-making process and regional environment in five aspects,a total of 19 factors; secondly,the use of analytical structural model (ISM) classifies influencing factors into direct influencing factors and deep-rooted influencing factors , and constructs reflect structural model factors path relations; then, the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method (Entropy) combine with AHP-Entropy synthesis method to solve the factors weight value; finally, according to the actual investigation, the process of children participating in the training is divided into four stages based on the age of the children. It is found that the influence degree of the five factors in the two stages of parent and child changes, and further use of AHP-Entropy compre- hensive method for the five factors determine the weight and make a comparative analysis.
