摘　　要：新形势下的法治观念被高校领导广泛应用,大多数高校学生的管理制度也逐渐走向正轨,成为依法治校发展中的重要环节。学生是高校管理的关键人物,完善学生管理制度是提升办学质量的重要标准,也是高校学生管理制度发展的前提基础。将依法治校与高校学生管理制度发展相结合,从而更好的适应我国现代化社会的发展趋势。本文主要阐述结合依法治校与高校学生管理制度的发展趋势,针对问题,提出合理化的解决方案。Under the new situation of the concept of the rule of law is widely used in leadership, most college students management system is also gradually on the right track, has become an important link in the development of the rule of law. The student is a key figure in the management of colleges and universities, improve the student management system is an important standard to enhance the educational quality of the premise, but also the development of the management system of the college students. Combining the development of the rule of law and the system of college student management, adapt to the development trend of China’s modern society so as to better. This paper mainly expounds the development trend, combined with the rule of law and the management system of the college students to solve the problem, puts forward reasonable solution.
