摘　　要：化学修饰是蛋白质药物的一种有效修饰方法。使用聚乙二醇(PEG)修饰人生长激素(rh GH),是提高rh GH半衰期的重要手段之一。本文重点综述PEG修饰rh GH的方法及其研究进展。The chemical modification is now one of the most effective methods to modify the protein drugs. Polyethylene Glycol（PEG）modification of recombinant human growth hormone（rh GH）can improve the half-life period of the contrast agent in the blood. Herein, we review the PEG modification of rh GH and their research progress.
