摘　　要：科技成果转化评价在提高科技成果转化水平、推动科技成果商业化和产业化、促进经济发展方面具有十分重要作用。分析了中国科学院科技成果转化目前评价体系及存在的问题;采用层次分析法构建了中科院科技成果转化评价体系指标;提出了完善科技成果转化评价的建议。Evaluation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays an important role in improving transformation level, driving commercialization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and facilitating economic development. This paper analyzes issues existing in current evaluation system in CAS, establishes a new evaluation index system based on AHP, and further makes proposal on how to improve the evaluation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
