摘　　要：2017年,全球经济出现复苏态势,中国经济平稳运行,成为全球经济复苏最稳定、最核心的发动机。新时代下,我国经济已经由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。加强消费的基础性作用,发挥投资的逆周期调节功能,成为稳增长、调结构、促发展的关键。预计2018年全社会固定资产投资名义增长6.3%左右,增速比2017年小幅回落。当前,优化行业投资结构、激发民间资本活力、规范双向投资布局是宏观调控的重要内容。In 2017, with the recovery of the global economy, China＇s economy is running smoothly, becoming the most stable and core engine to the World. Under the New Era, the target of China＇s economy is changing from rapid growth to high quality. Strengthening the basic role of consumption, playing the counter-cyclical adjustment function of investment, becoming the key to steady growth, adjusting structure, promoting the development. Based on our forecast, the nominal growth of total investment in fixed assets in the whole country will be around 6.3% in 2018, the growth rate is slightly lower than 2017. At present, optimizing the structure of industry investment, stimulating the vitality of private capital, and standardizing the layout of two-way investment are the important contents of macro control.
