摘　　要：本文为提高中老年人群操作智能电视遥控器的用户体验,探讨智能化产品如何顺应中老年人群的需求和感受。在进行了前期的网络调查之后,通过竞品分析、调查问卷、深入访谈等方式对中老年群体在智能网络电视使用现状方面进行了深入研究,同时反向运用APEC用户模型分析了目标群体在使用智能网络电视遥控器过程中产生的不良体验和潜在需求,最终从功能、互动、外观的角度整理得出提升其用户体验的相关设计点。最终以Easy&More为例提出了一个中老年智能遥控器的设计解决方案,对智能遥控器设计具有直接参考价值。To improve the user experience of Smart Telecontroller for the middle-aged and elderly groups, and to discuss how the intelligent products cater to those people＇ s demands and feelings. This paper delved into the status of the middle-aged and elderly groups＇ using of Smart Telecontrolter through Competitive Analysis, Questionnaire and In-depth interview after the previous internet survey, and analysed the the bad experience and potential demands in the using process of target user groups by APEC model in opposite ways.Finally, summarized some relevant design views about providing a better user experience from the view of function, interaction and appearance.Finally, illustratued by the case of Easy＆More,we put forward a design research program of Smart Telecontroller of the middle-aged and elderly groups which has direct reference value to the design of Smart Telecontroller.
