交往理论下教练员与运动员沟通行为研究

摘　　要：为探讨新时期教练员与运动员沟通行为问题,运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,概述交往理论的基本观点,并以其原理为理论基础,解析教练员与运动员对沟通的"目的行为""交往行为"认知情况,进而分析影响沟通行为的因素,提出了教练员、运动员加强沟通交流的对策,力图为构建和谐、科学的训练环境和提高运动训练效率提供积极而有益的参考与借鉴。In order to investigate communication behavior problems of the coaches and athletes in the newperiod,we use literature reviews and questionnaire survey to summarize the basic viewpoints of communication theory,analyze the coaches and athletes＇ cognition of objective behavior and communicative action,taking communication theory as the basis,and then analyze the influencing factors of communication behavior.We point out some countermeasures of communication for the coaches and athletes,so as to provide positive and beneficial reference for the construction of a harmonious,scientific training environment and improving training efficiency.
