摘　　要：从OECD良好实验室规范(OECD GLP)和ISO/IEC 17025检测和校准实验室能力的一般要求、历史渊源、建立的目的,对两个标准的有效性、符合性及一致性进行了比较。阐述了两个标准的广泛差异。An effective comparison was made between the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice （OECD GLP） and ISO/IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories on their effectiveness, compliance and consistency from the aspects of general requirements, historical origins and objectives. The paper also addressed the broad differ- ences between the two documents and provided a brief comparison of GLP compliance monitoring and laboratory accreditation.
