摘  要:设计了一种基于移动智能终端控制的光寻址电位传感器(LAPS)检测系统,将光源寻址、微弱信号检测与LAPS三电极电化学检测体系相结合,为生化检测领域提供了一种新的快速现场检测系统.通过移动终端应用程序控制,实现LAPS 2×2光源阵列寻址,并对寻址光源进行频率调制,调制频率在0-10 k Hz任意设置,光源调制信号的频率误差小于0.01%,幅度误差小于0.10%;采用基于DSP的数字锁相放大技术对LAPS输出信号进行检测,将检测结果以动态曲线和数据的形式实时显示于控制端,并支持检测结果的实时存储及网络共享.测试结果表明,该系统的检测误差小于0.3%,满足设计要求.A mobile intelligent terminal based LAPS detection system is designed. This system combines light source addressing, weak signal detection and LAPS three-electrode electrochemical detection system together. It provides a new rapid on-site biochemical detection system. This system is controlled by operating an application that runs on a mobile intelligent terminal. A 2×2 light source array which can be modulated is provided for LAPS. The modulation signal frequency can be set from 0 to 10 k Hz. And its frequency error is less than 0.01%, its amplitude error is less than 0.10%; DSP-based digital lock-in amplifier technology is used for LAPS output signal detection. The test results can be displayed as both data form and real-time curve form. And test result is saved in the control side, which can also be uploaded and shared to the Internet. Test result shows that the detection error of this system is less than 0.3%.
