摘 要:迁安中化公司脱硫工段采用HPF脱硫工艺。脱硫液中,硫代硫酸铵与硫氰酸铵的质量浓度比(c_B:c_A)、硫酸铵与硫氰酸铵的质量浓度比(c_c:c_A)过高,都会影响提盐生产,不仅使分离困难,还会降低硫氰酸铵成品的产量及纯度。介绍了迁安中化煤化工公司提盐工段c_B:c_A和c_c:c_A对提盐生产的影响,分析了造成c_B:c_A和c_c:c_A比值高的原因。通过对现场操作工况的调节,可以得出:当1~#、2~#脱硫塔中脱硫液温度在32℃~36℃时,可保证c_B:c_A≤1:1.5,3#、4#再生塔风量在1 200 m^3/h^1 350 m^3/h时,可保证c_c:c_A≤1:3,这样对提盐生产有利。HPF desulfurization process was applied in Qian′an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd. In the desulfurization solution,the high concentration ratio of ammonium thiosulfate and ammonium rhodanate(cB:cA),ammonium sulfate and ammonium rhodanate(cC:cA) had an effect on the production of salt extraction,not only the difficulty of separation was increased,but also the yield and purity of ammonium rhodanate product were reduced. The impact of different concentration ratios on salt extraction was introduced in the paper,and the reasons of high cB:cAand cC:cAwere analyzed. Through adjustment of site operating condition,it could be learned that when the temperature of desulfurization solution of 1^# and 2^# desulfurization tower was in 32 ℃-36 ℃,cB:cA≤1:1.5 was ensured; when the air volume of 3^# and 4^# regeneration tower was in 1 200 m3·h^(-1)^-1 350 m^3·h^(-1),cC:cA≤1:3 was ensured,which was beneficial to salt extraction.
