摘 要:针对炼焦捣固机锤杆接触式运行状态监测技术存在的不足,介绍了一种基于无线射频(RFID)原理的锤杆无线监测技术,具体方法是:在锤杆长度方向上,固定埋入多个无线射频芯片,通过射频读头,读出与锤杆一同运动的无线射频芯片的数据,数据信号经处理后,判断锤杆运行状态是否正常,同时可以控制外部设备,完成捣固机的智能控制。实际运行效果初步表明,该方法能提升设备的安全保障水平,具有一定的先进性和可靠性。In view of the shortcomings of the contact-type monitoring technology of the hammer rod operation status of coking tamping machine,the wireless monitoring technology of hammer rod based on radio frequency(RFID) principle was introduced. Multiple radio-frequency chips were embedded in the direction of the hammer length. Radio frequency chip was used to read the motion of the hammer with a radio frequency reading head. The data signal was processed to determine whether the working condition of the hammer was normal. It could also control the external equipment and complete the smart control of the tamping machine. Actual operation results showed preliminarily that the method had certain advancement and reliability.
