摘  要:文中以α粒子探测装置的便携性和稳定性为设计目标,设计了一种基于PIPS探测器的α粒子信号提取电路。用文氏桥振荡器和串联线性稳压电路构造探测器直流偏置电路,用LM3524芯片设计脉宽调制斩波电路输出高压腔的直流高压,并对PIPS探测器输出信号的处理电路和元件参数进行优化。实验表明,该电路系统的探测器和高压腔的驱动源的纹波系数分别为0.153%和0.111%,系统总功耗326.4 m W,体积为400 cm^3,同时,信号处理电路的信噪比达到了17.34 d B。所设计的电路系统具有较好的便携性和可靠的信号输出。For the aim of α-particle detection device's portability and stability,an α-particle signal extraction circuit based on PIPS detector was designed.The detector DC bias circuit was formed with Wien bridge oscillator and series linear voltage stabilizing circuit.Pulse width modulation chopper circuit was designed using LM3524 chip and acted as the high voltage source of chamber.And the PIPS detector output signal processing circuit and device's parameters were optimized.Through experiments,the driving sources of detector and high voltage chamber had smaller ripple actors with 0.153% and 0.111% respectively.Total power consumption was 326.4 m W and the bulk was 400 cm3 and noise-signal ratio of signal processing circuit was 17. 34 d B,which promised a better stability and portability of the designed electrical system.
