摘  要:发动机是汽车的心脏,其正时齿轮室由齿轮室盖板和齿轮系组成,齿轮室盖板的胶线质量直接影响飞轮壳的装配以及发动机的油封性能,曲轴齿轮和叠齿轮的对位不准会造成油泵安装出错的情况。传统的检测方法主要是人工使用测量仪器检测,效益不高且精度较低。针对这个问题设计基于机器视觉的发动机胶线及齿轮对位检测系统,并根据正时齿轮室区域的分布特点设计5个相机分区检测的方式,简化了运动控制系统的设计。采用Vision Pro软件设计正时齿轮室的视觉处理程序,实际应用表明该视觉系统的检测精度达到±0.1 mm,误报率小于1%,漏报率为0,检测时间小于10 s,满足工业现场的应用需求。The engine is the heart of a car,of which the timing gear chamber consists of the gear chamber cover and gear series.The tree scrap quality of the gear chamber cover directly affects the assembly of the flywheel shell and the oil seal performance of the engine.Also,the inaccurate registration of the crankshaft gear and the stack gear will lead to errors in oil pump installation.Traditional detection method mainly relies on people using measuring appliance,which has low efficiency and low precision.To address this problem,a detecting system toward the engine tree scrap as well as gear alignment based on machine vision was designed.Five cameras were used to detect the different parts of the product according to the distribution characteristics of timing gear chamber area,which can simplify the design of motion control system. By adopting Vision Pro software,the visual processing program of timing gear chamber was designed.The practical application shows that the detection accuracy of the vision system is±0.1 mm,whose misdiagnosis rate is less than 1% while missing report rate is zero,and with less than 10 s detection time. This meets the application requirements of industrial sites.
