摘 要:模仿昆虫感觉毛的结构和功能,设计制备了表面对称电极含金属芯PVDF纤维(SMPF)冲击振动传感器。在含金属芯PVDF纤维胚体纵向表面对称涂镀2片导电胶层,极化后,制成SMPF传感器。基于第一类压电方程和振动理论,建立SMPF的冲击振动传感理论模型,分析传感信号与冲击振动角度和幅值的关系。把SMPF固定在基体上,搭建了实验系统,测试了SMPF对冲击振动的响应,验证了理论模型。结果表明,SMPF的传感信号和冲击振动的幅值成线性关系,和方向成"8"字形关系。得出了SMPF传感器能够测量冲击振动幅值或方向的结论。A symmetric metal core PVDF fiber was designed and fabricated,which inspired by the structure and function ofinsect's hair sensilla,and can be used as a shock vibration sensor.Drawing the metal core PVDF fiber embryo body,two symmetri-cal electrodes were coated on the longitudinal surface,after polarization,SMPF sensor was prepared.Based on the first piezoelec-tric equation and the theory of vibration,the theoretical model of SMPF impact vibration sensor with cantilever beam structure wasestablished,and the relationship between the angle and amplitude of the sensor signal was analyzed.The SMPF was fixed on thesubstrate,and the experimental system was built,the SMPF of shock vibration response was tested and the theoretical model wasverified.The results show that the SMPF sensor signal and the amplitude of the impact vibration have linear relationship,and thedirection has a “8” shape relationship.The conclusion that the SMPF sensor can measure the amplitude or direction of the shockvibration was obtained.
