摘  要:目的研究超声弹性成像技术及三维成像技术对乳腺肿块诊断的临床价值。方法随机抽取本院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的乳腺肿块患者120例。对这120例患者在行超声弹性成像技术的基础上,再加三维成像技术。而后观察并分析120例乳腺肿块患者的诊断结果。结果经病理检查发现,120例患者中良性肿块80个,恶性肿块56个;超声弹性成像技术诊断的符合率为86.8%、误诊率为13.2%;三维成像技术的符合率为98.5%、误诊率为1.5%。结论对于乳腺肿块的患者,采用超声弹性成像技术结合三维成像技术进行检查,可以显著的提高诊断率,值得进一步推广和使用。Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography and three-dimensional imaging in the diagnosis of breast masses. Methods A total of 120 patients with breast lumps were randomly selected from our hospitalfrom May 2015 to May 2016. The 120 patients received the ultrasound elastography and three-dimensional imaging technology. Then the results were compared with the results of pathological examinations.Results The pathological examinations showed that there were 80 benign masses and 56 malignant tumors in the 120 patients (136 cases). The coincidence rate of the ultrasonic elastography was 86.8% and the misdiagnosis rate was 13.2%. The coincidence rate of the three-di- mensional imaging technique was 98.5%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 1.5%. Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography combined with three-dimensional imaging technique can significantly improve the diagnostic rate and be worthy of further promotion in the diagnosis of the patients with breast masses.
