基于耦合模型的新疆旅游业与新型城镇化协调关系量化分析

摘　　要：文章以新型城镇化与旅游业发展相互关系为主线,以新疆2005-2014年间二者发展的交互作用为研究对象,运用变异系数法,确定了旅游业与新型城镇化系统的五个方面共29个指标,并构建新疆旅游业与新型城镇化发展耦合关联模型,定量评判了新疆旅游业与新型城镇化系统交互作用的关联耦合程度。结果表明:(1)新疆旅游业和新型城镇化协调发展总体呈现上升趋势,其中2005-2006年为严重失调阶段,2007-2009为失调阶段,2010-2014年为协调阶段;(2)新疆旅游业综合发展水平呈现波动上升的趋势,而新型城镇化综合发展水平趋近于线性上升态势;(3)2010年以前新疆属于旅游业发展滞后型,之后为新型城镇化发展滞后型。在此研究结果上提出新疆旅游业和新型城镇化协调发展的建议:(1)结合新疆区位及资源优势制定合理的新型城镇发展规划;(2)注重新型城镇化的内涵,促进旅游业与新型城镇化共同发展;(3)加强生态旅游模式的新型城镇化建设。In this paper,the relationship between urbanization and tourism development is the main line,with the interaction of Xinjiang during 2005-2014 two development as the research object.The coefficient of variation is used to determine the five aspects and a total of 29 indicators of tourism and new urbanization system.And the coupling model of Xinjiang tourism and new urbanization development is constructed,and the degree of coupling coupling between Xinjiang tourism and new urbanization system is quantitatively evaluated.The results show that:(1)The coordinated development of tourism and new urbanization in Xinjiang is on the rise generally,among which 2005-2006 is the serious imbalance stage,2007-2009 is the maladjustment stage,and 2010-2014 is the coordinating stage.(2)The level of comprehensive development of tourism in Xinjiang presents a rising trend,and the comprehensive development level of the new urbanization shows a trend of increasing linearly.(3)Xinjiang is lagging behind the development of tourism before 2010,followed by the development of new urbanization lag. Putting forward some suggestions for the harmonious development of Xinjiang tourism and new urbanization:(1)Combined with the location and advantages of resources in Xinjiang rational development of new urban development planning.(2)Pay attention to the connotation of new urbanization,promote the common development of tourism and new urbanization.(3)strengthen the eco-tourism model of new urbanization.
