数字海洋公共服务平台设计的几点思考

摘　　要：针对现行海洋环境服务体系中存在的问题,研究了海洋环境信息服务平台的现状,通过建立开放式、规范化的系统集成架构,构建海洋环境数据服务体系,设计服务于多层次用户,集服务端、桌面客户端、浏览器客户端和移动客户端等多种形态为一体,多层次、多粒度开放的数字海洋公共服务保障平台。可用于形成统一的海洋环境信息公共服务标准体系,有效提升海洋环境信息应用服务效率,进一步提升统一信息源、统一数据格式、统一发布平台的海洋环境信息服务保障能力。Aiming at the current existent problem of the ocean environment service system,this paper studies the present condition of the ocean environment information service platform. With the open and standardization system integrated architectxire, the ocean environment data service system is constructed. Serving to multi-level customers, as a whole, an open multi-level and multi-granularty digital ocean public service guarantee platform, which includes server,desktop client,browser client and mobile client is designed.The platform can help form unified ocean environment information public service standard system promote application and service efficiency of the ocean environment information.Furthermore,it can raise ability of unifying information source,data format and publishing platform.
