琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片以及稳心颗粒联合治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:总结琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片以及稳心颗粒联合治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的效果,讨论可以改善高血压心脏病室性早搏病患的临床治疗效果的主要方法。方法:笔者随机选择2015年7月至2016年7月在河南省安阳市人民医院心内科接受诊治的78例高血压心脏病室性早搏病患,以随机法为主要方式将其分成两个小组,对照组有39例,实验组有39例。对照组病患以琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片为主要药品展开各项救治活动,同时实验组病患则以琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片以及稳心颗粒联合治疗为主要方案展开各项救治活动,观察并且比较两组病患治疗活动的有效性。结果:结果表明,2组病患在临床治疗效果、临床指标之间明显表现出差异(P<0.05),但是在不良反应状况之间则没有表现出直接区别(P>0.05)。结论:基于高血压心脏病室性早搏病患而言,以琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片以及稳心颗粒联合治疗为主要方案展开各项救治活动有助于提升病患临床治疗效果,在改善其临床指标的基础上,还能控制病患出现各种类型不良反应,所以可推广。Objective： To summarize the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and Wenxin granule in the treatment of ventricular premature beats of hypertensive heart disease, and to discuss the main methods to improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with ventricular premature beats of hypertensive heart disease. Methods： A total of 78 patients with ventricular premature beats were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups by random method. The control group was divided into two groups. There were 39 cases in the experimental group. The patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets as the main drugs, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and warm heart granules as the main program. The effectiveness of the two groups of patients with treatment activities were evaluated and compared. Results： The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in clinical treatment and clinical indicators（P〈0.05）, but there was no direct difference between the adverse reactions（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Based on the treatment of ventricular premature beats in patients with hypertensive heart disease, the combination of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and warm heart granules as the main program can help to improve the clinical treatment of patients. Its clinical indicators on the basis of the control of patients with various types of adverse reactions, it can be promoted.
