摘　　要：目的:评估罗比卡因联合舒芬太尼麻醉在下肢手术的麻醉平面与镇痛效果。方法:抽取在赣州市第五人民医院进行下肢手术治疗的患者82例作为研究对象,将82例患者随机分为两组进行对比研究,所有患者入院时间为2016年2月至2017年2月期间,观察组41例和对照组41例,两组患者均应用罗比卡因进行麻醉,在此基础上,观察组患者增用舒芬太尼,评价观察组与对照组的麻醉效果,评价指标包括阻滞达到平面时间、镇痛持续时间、警觉/镇静评分、运动阻滞评分、治疗有效率、不良反应。结果:观察组患者感觉阻滞到达平面时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者感觉阻滞程度评分、运动阻滞程度评分与对照组无较大差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者镇痛持续时间比对照组长,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉有效率比对照组高,不良反应发生率比对照组低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:罗比卡因联合舒芬太尼麻醉在下肢手术的麻醉效果较理想,能有效维持机体各项指标稳定,应推荐采纳。Objective： To evaluate the Robbie ropivacaine combined with sufentanil anesthesia in lower extremity surgery anesthesia and analgesia.Methods： 82 patients with the lower limbs surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups of comparative studies, the observation group 41 cases and control group 41 cases. The two groups of patients were using Robbie ropivacaine anesthesia,on this basis, the patients in the observation group were added with sufentanil. And the effects including the evaluation index to block plane time,duration of analgesia, alert/town Static score, motor block score, treatment efficiency, adverse reactions of anesthesia group and control group were evaluated. Results： The arrived plane sensory block time in observation group was shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）; the degree of motor block score had no significant difference（P〈0.05）; the duration of analgesia groups was longer than in the control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the observation group anesthesia efficiency was higher than the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil anesthesia showed ideal anesthetic effect for lower limb surgery, which can effectively maintain the body index stable, thus it is recommended to be adopted.
