碘海醇注射液在64排螺旋CT冠脉成像中应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析碘海醇注射液在64排螺旋CT冠脉成像中应用价值。方法:将入江西省安福县人民医院进行64排螺旋CT冠脉成像检查的患者2100例作为研究对象,所有患者就诊时间为2012年5月至2017年5月期间,收集所有患者的临床资料,并对相关数据信息进行回顾性分析,观察患者不良反应发生情况,以探究碘海醇注射液的应用价值。结果:本次研究中共36例患者发生不良反应,发生率为1.71%;精神紧张患者发生肌颤、恶心呕吐以及荨麻疹的占比、药物过敏史患者发生恶心呕吐、荨麻疹、头痛、休克的占比高于无自身因素患者,有统计学意义(P<0.05);合并糖尿病患者发生恶心呕吐的比例,合并心脏病患者发生胸闷的比例,合并自身免疫疾病患者发生恶心呕吐、荨麻疹的比例,以及合并肝功能障碍患者、空腹患者发生恶心、呕吐的占比高于无自身因素患者,有统计学意义(P<0.05);多数不良反应发生在注射对比剂后30min内;75%轻度反应,22.22%中度反应,2.78%重度反应。结论:碘海醇注射液在64排螺旋CT冠脉成像中应用价值较高,但是患者自身体质、免疫情况、基础疾病等均会影响不良反应的发生,应予以重视。Objective： To study the application value of Iohexol injection in the 64 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging. Methods： 2100 patients with 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2017 were collected, and the relevant data were reviewed. The occurrence of adverse reactions in patients, and application value of Iohexol Injection were evaluated. Results： The total adverse reaction rate was1.71%; nervous patients occurred amyostasia nausea and vomiting. And the proportion of patients with urticaria, drug allergies, urticaria, nausea and vomiting, headache, shock was higher than the proportion of no self factors of patients, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; diabetic patients with nausea and vomiting occurred in the proportion of patients with heart disease, the proportion of patients with chest tightness, autoimmune diseases,nausea and vomiting, urticaria the proportion of patients with liver dysfunction, and fasting patients, nausea, vomiting accounted for greater than non self factors were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the majority of adverse reactions after injection of contrast agent within 30 minutes, with 75% mild,22.2 2% moderate reaction, 2.78% severe reactions. Conclusion： Iohexol injection has high application value in the 64 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging, but their physique, immune, basic diseases have influence on the occurrence of adverse reactions, which should be paid more attention.
