摘　　要：PTT纤维是一种新型聚酯纤维,其具有优良的高弹性和回复性、优良的染色性能以及良好的热固性等一系列优势特性,但国内一直困于其制备方法,无法低成本的大规模生产。2017年3月15日,张家港美景荣化学工业有限公司和中国化学纤维工业协会联合举办的"二十万吨/年PTT聚合纺丝一体化"项目启动新闻发布会在上海国家会展中心召开。美景荣公司宣布攻克了PTT重要原料1,3-丙二醇的生物法制备技术难题,打破了国外垄断,意味着我国将能自主大规模工业化生产PTT纤维。以下就PTT的结构、性能、近年对PTT纤维的性能提高以及其产品开发等研究展开综述。美景荣公司宣布能够大规模生产PTT,这无疑为PTT的发展提供了巨大的发展潜力。本文从PTT的结构和优良特性出发,介绍了近年来PTT在抗菌、电磁屏蔽和记忆材料等方面的研究进展展开综述,并对PTT纤维向多功能材料发展,向特种领域的推进做出了发展展望。The company announced the availability of PTT on a large scale, which undoubtedly offers great potential for the development of PTT. March 15, 2017, ZhangjiagangM eijingsong Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and China Chemical Fiber Industry Association jointly organized the ＂200,000 tons/year PTT polymerization spinning integration＂ project launched a press conference held in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The United States Jingrong company announced the capture of PTT important raw materials 1,3-propanediol biological preparation technology problems, breaking the foreign monopoly, which means that China will be able to independently large-scale industrial production of PTT fiber. The following on the PTT structure, performance, in recent years to improve the performance of PTT fiber and its product development and other research review.
