摘　　要：雷达操纵员操作能力评估是军事训练的重要环节,也是获取雷达情报质量的重要依据.为更准确地评估雷达操纵员的操作能力,构建了雷达操纵员操作能力评估指标体系,运用重心解模糊法确定权重值,通过定性与定量相结合的方法对雷达操纵员操作能力实施评估,最后给出了实例.分析结果表明,该方法有效可行,评估结果更具客观性,为雷达操纵员操作能力评估提供了合理依据.Evaluation on radar operators’manipulation ability is not only a critical link of military trainingbut also a significant basis of radar information quality. In order to give an accurate estimation on the radaroperators manipulating ability, this paper establishes an evaluation index system, and uses center of gravitydefuzzification method to determine the fuzzy weight to implement the estimation on the operators’ability withboth quantitative and qualitative method. Finally the paper offers an analysis by use of examples. The result showsthat this method is both effective and feasible, and the evaluation outcome is more objective, which provides areasonable basis for the evaluation on radar operators’manipulation ability.
