摘 要:针对混合灵敏度鲁棒控制方法设计的中频电源控制器在空载或轻载时容易不稳定的问题,将有源阻尼和鲁棒控制方法结合在一起并应用到反馈控制器设计.该方法不但能够实现闭环系统稳定和渐进跟踪,而且还具有动态响应速度快的优点.最后通过仿真软件和试验样机分别对整个系统进行了仿真和实验验证,研究结果表明,所设计的控制器使中频电源具有良好的动静态性能,稳态电压有效值在114.5~115.5 V之间,动态恢复时间在5 ms以内.The medium frequency power supply controller designed in the way of mixed sensitivity robust has problem of unstability in the case of no-load or light load. To solve the problem this paper combines active damping with robust control method and applies it to the design of feed back controller. This method not only achieves stability and asymptotic tracking of the closed-loop system, but also has the advantages of fast dynamic response. Finally the paper simulates and tests the whole system by use of simulation software and experimental prototype, and the research results show that the designed controller helps the intermediate frequency power supply achieve good dynamic and static performance; the steady-state voltage is between 114.5 V and 115.5 V and the dynamic recovery time is less than 5 ms.
