摘 要:以镀铁溶液为基础,采用不同硅质量分数的Fe-Si合金颗粒作为第二相,在施加稳恒磁场和镀液循环的条件下,以无取向低硅钢薄带为基材复合电沉积Fe-Si镀层,考察了颗粒硅含量、磁场强度和电流密度对Fe-Si复合镀层形貌及硅质量分数的影响。随着磁场强度的增大,采用Fe-Si合金颗粒作为第二相所得Fe-Si复合镀层的硅含量显著升高,而采用纯Si颗粒作为第二相所得Fe-Si复合镀层的硅含量升高得较平缓。当镀液中Fe-50%Si颗粒为20g/L时,在平均电流密度2A/dm^2下电沉积所得镀层的硅质量分数可达18.87%。另外,采用Fe-30%Si合金颗粒作为第二相时所得Fe-Si复合镀层表面的颗粒具有定向排列的趋势。Fe-Si composite coatings were prepared on thin non-oriented low-silicon steel sheet from a circulated iron plating bath containing Fe-Si alloy particles with different mass fractions of silicon as the second phase under static magnetic field. The effects of silicon content of particles, magnetic field strength and current density on morphology and silicon content of Fe-Si composite coating were studied. With the increasing of magnetic field strength, the silicon content in Fe-Si composite coating is increased greatly when using Fe-Si particles as the second phase, but gently when using pure silicon particles. The mass fraction of silicon in coating obtained from the bath containing 20 g/L Fe-50%Si particles at an average current density of 2 A/dm2 is up to 18.87%. The Fe-Si particles on the surface of Fe-Si composite coating prepared from the bath with Fe-30%Si particles as the second phase has an oriental arrangement.
