摘  要:利用铁离子与钛铁试剂(即邻苯二酚-3,5-二磺酸钠)生成红色配合物的特效显色反应,制定了氯化钾无氰镀镉溶液中铁杂质的分析方法。用氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液调节试液的pH至9.2,以空白底液作参比,在波长480nm处测定吸光度。测定结果的相对平均偏差为0.35%,回收率为99.3%~100.9%。A spectrophotometric method for determining iron impurities in a cyanide-free potassium chloride cadmium plating bath was established based on the specific color development reaction of ferric ions with disodium 1,2-dihydroxybenzene-3,5-disulfonate (also called Tiron). The pH of the solution to be tested is adjusted to 9.2 by ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer. The absorbance of the chromogenic solution is determined at a wavelength of 480 nm with the blank solution as reference. The method features a relative average deviation of 0.35% and a recovery ranging from 99.3% to 100.9%.
