摘  要:采用金属粉末冶金法制备聚酰亚胺(PI)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,考察不同PI填充量对复合材料力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,随着PI填充量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均下降,但压缩强度提高。采用PI填充PTFE,可以使耐摩擦性能提高2个数量级,摩擦系数稍有提高,磨损表面的扫描电子显微镜显示,PI填充PTFE对提高材料耐磨性能效果非常明显。对采用国产PI与进口PI填充PTFE制备的复合材料性能进行对比,发现国产PI完全可以替代进口同类产品。Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/polyimide (PI) composite with different content were prepared by powder metallurgic method,using PTFE as a matrix,PI as a filler. The effects of PI content on the properties of PTFE/PI composite material were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the material decrease with the increase of the PI content. The compressive strength of the material is improved with adding PI content. Compared with pure PTFE,the wear resistance of PTFE/PI composite material improved two orders of magnitude. Wear morphology analysis displayed that the continuity of the transfer film directly affectes the friction and wear behavior of the material. At last, comparing with the properties of the PTFE/PI composites by using domestic PI and imported PI as the filler individually, domestic PI can substitute for the imported PI.
