摘 要:主要研究了聚乙烯(PE)燃气管热熔焊接接头在不同温度下的力学性能,通过不同温度下PE材料的拉伸破坏实验,根据不同温度下PE燃气管道焊接接头拉伸应力及拉伸应变,利用数值拟合的方法建立了PE材料接头的最大应力和断裂伸长率与温度的函数关系。其中卷边的存在容易产生应力集中使管道断裂,无卷边试样断裂伸长率总体高于有卷边试样且温度越高越明显,去除卷边对拉伸强度影响较小,可提高试样的断裂伸长率。温度对PE材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率影响较大,温度升高,PE材料的拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率增加。The mechanical properties of the hot melt polyethylene (PE) gas pipe welded joints under different temperature mainly were studied,through the tensile fracture experiment of PE materials under different temperature,According to the tensile stress and tensile strain of welded joints of PE gas pipeline at different temperatures, the relationship between maximum stress and elongation at break of PE material and temperature was established by numerical fitting method. The edge was easy to produce stress concentration makes the pipeline rupture, no edge specimen elongation at break general than had edge and the higher the temperature, the more obvious, remove the edge effect on the tensile strength is lesser, can improve the elongation at break. The temperature has great influence on the tensile strength and elongation at break of PE material, temperature increases, tensile strength of PE material decreases, elongation at break increases.
