摘  要:使用电子万能试验机和自制农用滴灌带回收料专用拉伸机对新料配方和回收料进行力学性能测试和分析原料基本性能,初步研究滴灌带回收造粒料力学性能及老化程度判定方法,该方法简单、易操作、可靠。结果表明,回收料中氧含量越高、炭黑含量越多,老化程度越严重,对力学性能影响越大;初步得出滴灌带回收料拉伸强度不能低于19 MPa,断裂伸长率不能低于270%,才能基本保证回收料力学性能达到滴灌带产品质量的要求。The mechanical properties of the new formula and the recovery were tested with the electronic material universal testing machine and homemade drip irrigation tape recycling machine,which to compare and analyze the basic performance of raw materials. Preliminary research and development of simple,easy to operate,reliable drip irrigation with granulation material mechanical properties and determination of the degree of aging. The results show that the greater influence on the mechanical properties with the higher content of oxygen in the recovered material and the more content of carbon black,the more severe aging degree. It is concluded that the tensile strength of the recycled material of the drip irrigation belt can not be lower than 19 MPa and the elongation at break can not be lower than 270% so as to basically ensure the mechanical properties of the recovered material to meet the requirements of drip irrigation belt product quality.
