灼口综合征患者内窥镜检查的护理程序及体会

摘　　要：灼口综合征是以口内广泛烧灼样疼痛为主要临床表现的一组综合征,不伴有明显临床损坏体征,口腔内窥镜可清晰呈现患者口内黏膜,使临床医生与患者进行直接交流。在口腔内窥镜检查过程中,通过认真完善的护理工作协助医生完成检查,对于安抚患者情绪、保证检查的顺利进行、获得清晰成像具有重要作用。本文就近年来临床工作中口腔内窥镜检查的临床护理体会进行总结。Burning mouth syndrome(BMS)is an oral dysaesthesia that causes chronic orofacial pain in the absence of a detectable organic cause.As to burning mouth syndrome,intraoral camera(IC)can help patients see oral mucosa intuitively while the doctor explained.In the process of intraoral camera,the serious nursing work plays an importantrole.It can help comfort the patient,ensure the progress of inspection and get a clear image.In this paper,the clinicalnursing work experience of intraoral camera this year were summarized.
