摘　　要：高级职业军事教育院校的领导人肩负着对国家与军队的重要责任。根据收集、整理的美国6所高级职业军事教育院校的资料和相关数据,分别阐述了院校长应具备的素质、日常工作、对教员工作的了解;教育长的地位与职责、配备人员的不同形式、现有状况等。The leaders of the senior PME schools shoulder responsibility to the nation and the armed forces.Based on the documents and data collected from 6 senior PME schools,the article explains respectively the qualities that these commandants should have,their day-to-day works and understanding to their faculty's jobs;as well as the dean's position and responsibilities,the different types of staffing and designing,the present situation of the deans in these schools.
