摘  要:常温下选用蔗糖溶液浸取覆盖剂等冶金辅料中的游离氧化钙(f-cao),将溶液过滤,使得钙与其余干扰元素分离,用EDTA络合滴定法测定游离氧化钙(f-cao)含量。分别考察了蔗糖使用量、加水量、浸取时间、铜试剂(DDTC)的使用量等对分析结果的影响。实验结果表明,蔗糖溶液浸取冶金辅料中的游离氧化钙干扰较小,流程简便、易于操作。方法已被运用于覆盖剂、渣样、炉灰等冶金辅料中游离氧化钙分析测试,结果准确可靠,相对标准偏差在99.00%-103.00%之间,符合测定标准。sucrose solution was picked up to leach free calcium oxide ( f - cao ) ofand any other metallurgical auxiliary materials, calcium is separated from other infiltering the solution and the content of free calcium oxide ( f - cao) was determined by EDTA com-plexometric titration. The sample weigh, the addition of sucrose, the amount of water added, leachingtime, the amount of Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate ( DDTC ) and Tris ( 2 - Hydroxyethyl) investigated separately on the analysis results. Experimental results show that the interferthe process is simple and easy to operate of using sucrose solution leaching f - cao in metallurgical aux-iliary materials. This method has been applied to test the content of f - cao in covering agent , slags , a-shes and other metallurgical auxiliary materials , the relative standard deviation is 99. 00% -103.00% and the results are reliable , it is compliance with measurement standards.
