卷烟工业企业省外区域配送中心选址研究——以江西中烟为例

摘　　要：为了提高服务水平,降低企业物流成本,增加企业利润,研究卷烟工业企业在省外区域布局配送中心的可能性,通过构建本地仓储与配送中心+省外配送中心的二级配送模式,引入0-1变量,根据江西中烟的实际情况,将重心法分析与0-1混合整数规划模型相结合,并对江西中烟省外区域配送中心进行了选址,然后采用LINGO进行编程计算,根据实际情形对结果做了一定修正,最终算得可节约成本约11%。In order to improve the service level, reduce the logistic cost and increase the profit of the cigarette enterprises, we studied the possibility of deploying off-province regional distribution centers; through constructing the two-echelon distribution mode comprising of the local warehouse and the distribution center + off-province distribution center, we introduced in the 0-1 variable and in light of the actual situation of China Tobacco Jiangxi Company, combined the gravity center analysis with the 0-1 mixed integer programming model; next, we applied the model to the location allocation of the off-province distribution center of the company, using LINGO as the programming and calculation language. At the end, according to the actual situation, the results were modified to certain extent, the final conclusion of which is that by having the off-province distribution center, the total logistics cost could be saved by about 11%.
