摘 要:研究了不同质量浓度的三七总皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1对三七幼苗的化感作用。结果表明,三七幼苗的苗高、主根长、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、CAT活性在不同质量浓度三七总皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1、三七皂苷R1处理后均有所降低。其中,三七总皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1可使幼苗的苗高和主根长显著降低;三七总皂苷质量浓度为0.01,0.10,1.00 mg·L^(-1)时,幼苗的可溶性蛋白质含量分别显著低于对照28.83%,17.07%,23.21%。三七总皂苷还可降低幼苗的POD和SOD活性,而人参皂苷Rg1、三七皂苷R1处理会增加幼苗的SOD活性。综合表明,皂苷类物质对三七幼苗均有一定的化感抑制作用,三七总皂苷的化感抑制作用强于两种单体皂苷。The effects of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS),ginsenosides Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 at different concentrations on the growth and physiology of P. notoginseng seedlings were studied in this paper. The results showed that shoot height,main root length,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and CAT activity in treated P. notoginseng seedlings were decreased. The shoot height and main root length of seedlings treated with PNS and ginsenosides Rg1 were decreased obviously; the soluble protein content in the seedlings treated with 0. 01,0. 10,1. 00 mg·L^(-1) of PNS were dramatically lower than those of 28. 83%,17. 07% and 23. 21% in control groups. The POD and SOD activity of seedlings were also reduced by PNS. However,SOD activity of seedlings treated with ginsenosides Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 were increased. It indicated that these three saponins had allelopathic inhibitory effects on P. notoginseng seedlings. The effects of PNS were most significant among thesethree saponins.
