摘  要:为明确多·福悬浮剂、福·克悬浮剂和克·醇·福美双悬浮剂在黄瓜上的应用安全性,采用穴盘试验研究了3种种衣剂对黄瓜出苗、生长发育及其根际微生态的影响。结果表明,3种供试种衣剂不同程度影响黄瓜出苗和苗期生长发育。多·福和福·克对黄瓜出苗率、出苗势和出苗指数没有显著影响,克·醇·福美双对黄瓜出苗率无显著影响,而显著降低出苗势和出苗指数;三种种衣剂对黄瓜苗期地上部生长有不同程度的影响,多·福显著减少叶面积,福·克显著促进株高和茎粗,克·醇·福美双显著抑制株高;均显著抑制黄瓜根系发育和根系活力,根鲜重和根系活力分别比对照降低9.58%~34.90%和46.73%~71.37%。供试种衣剂均影响苗期黄瓜根际基质酶活性和微生物数量。克·醇·福美双显著降低黄瓜根际脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,分别比对照降低23.56%、36.90%和25.35%;福·克和克·醇·福美双显著减少黄瓜根际细菌的数量,增加真菌的数量。To specify the application security of three seed coating agents on cucumber,the effects of three seed coating agents of Carbendazim · Thiram,Thiram · Carbofuran and Thiram · Carbofuran ·Triadimenol on seeds germination,seedling growth and development and its rhizosphere soil microecology were studied by tray experiment. The results showed that all the seed coating agents affected seeds germination and seedling growth and development to different degrees. Carbendazim ·Thiram and Thiram · Carbofuran had no significant influences on germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of cucumber; Thiram·Carbofuran·Triadimenol had no significant influence on the seeds germination rate,while it significantly reduced the germination vigor and germination index.The three seed coating agents influenced shoot growth and development of seedling-stage at different levels: Carbendazim · Thiram significantly reduced leaf area; Thiram · Carbofuran significantly increased plant height and stem diameter; Thiram · Carbofuran · Triadimenol significantly reduced plant height. The three seed coating agents significantly inhibited root development and activity of cucumber,compared to the control,fresh weight of roots and root activity reduced by 9. 58% to34. 90% and 46. 73% to 71. 37%,respectively. The three seed coating agents affected enzymaticactivities and microbes in cucumber rhizosphere substrate. Compared to control,Thiram·Carbofuran·Triadimenol significantly reduced the activities of urease,phosphatase,and catalase in cucumber rhizosphere by 23. 56%,36. 90% and 25. 35% respectively; Thiram · Carbofuran and Thiram ·Carbofuran · Triadimenol significantly reduced bacterial density of cucumber rhizosphere,while increasing fungal density.
