摘 要:针对目前在海上救援钢质翻扣船舶时存在的船体切割开孔耗时长、缺少高效的防爆开孔系统的问题,对基于镗削加工的船用钢板无火花防爆高效开孔系统进行研究,阐述新型镗削开孔系统的工作原理,并与传统的开孔法相对比。研究结果表明:镗削开孔系统操作简单、运行平稳、性能优良、切削高效,可极大地提高海上应急救援的速度;在厚度为20 mm的船用钢板上切割直径为460 mm的圆孔,仅需15 min。The lack of an efficient hole cutting system often makes a maritime emergency rescue operation difficult,especially when dealing with an overturned steel ship. An efficient and non-sparking explosion-proof hole cutting system is proposed based on the principle of boring. The operating principle of this new boring based system is illustrated in contrast to the traditional method. Tests show that the boring based system possess advantages of simple operation,stable running,good performance and high efficiency. It can cut a hole of 460 mm diameter on the ship plate of 20 mm thick within 15 minutes of time.
