摘  要:基于煤矿采空区上方建设项目的相关理论和干熄焦项目主要建(构)筑物的荷载情况,对采空区覆岩破坏高度、建筑物荷载影响深度进行了计算与分析,对地面深陷变形进行了预计与计算,得出干熄焦项目的建筑荷载极有可能引起采空区的"活化"。因此,在工程建设过程中,采取了对采空区全充填压力注浆措施,各注浆检查孔等效剪切波速为595.2-1 229.m/s,水泥粉煤灰结石体无侧限抗压强度为3.06 MPa,均大于施工组织设计中250 m/s和0.3 MPa的要求;采取设置变形缝、筏板基础、基础与垫层之间增加滑动层等抗变形措施,刚柔结合,确保了干熄焦项目的建设安全。Based on the relevant theories of construction projects above the mined out area of coal mines,the main load of the construction project is the dry quenching project, the goaf overburden failure height, building load influence depth was calculated and analyzed, on the ground of deep deformation is predicted and calculated, it was concluded that the construction load of CDQ project is likely to cause the activation of mined out area. Therefore, in the process of engineering construction, the full filling pressure grouting measures, the equivalent shear wave velocity of each grouting hole is 595.2 m/s to 1229.1 m/s , the unconfined compressive strength of cement fly ash stone is 3.06 MPa, are greater than the construction organization design, respectively, more than 250 m/s and above 0.3 MPa requirements,anti deformation measures, such as setting up deformation joint, raft foundation, adding sliding layer between foundation and cushion,the combination of rigid and flexible,can ensure the construction safety of CDQ project.
