摘 要:煤矿对工作面进行超前支护一般采用传统的单体液压支柱方式,随着采煤技术和机械化水平的不断提高,这种支护方法已不能适应大采高综采工作面。传统的单体液压支柱的支撑能力不足,自动化水平跟不上时代的潮流,支护的速度太慢,安全性得不到保障,严重制约着工作面的生产能力,在大采高综采工作面要实行新型的超前支护技术,这种技术在一定程度上可以满足工作面的需要,更保证了工作人员的安全,使工人的工作效率大大提高。The coal mine carries on the advance supporting to the working face generally uses the traditional single hydraulic prop way, along with the mining technology and the mechanization level unceasing enhancement, this kind of supporting method has been unable to adapt to the fully-mechanized coal mining face with large mining height .The supporting capacity of the traditional single hydraulic prop is insufficient,automation level can not keep up with the trend of the times, the supporting speed and the security are too slow, which seriously restricts the production capacity of fully-mechanized working face with large mining height .A new type of advanced support technology should be implemented on fully - mechanized mining face with large mining height,this technology can meet the needs of the working face to a certain extent.,also can ensure the safety of the staff and greatly improve the working efficiency of the workers.
