基于高新技术产业集聚的科技金融活动研究

摘　　要：采用Moran's I指数和Lisa指数来考察中国科技金融产业活动的空间互动以及影响。研究结果表明:我国省域科技金融产业存在明显的全局空间正相关;扩张性政策刺激能够显著促进长三角地区的科技金融产业集聚效应;扩张性政策刺激对广东产业结构升级产生不利影响。因此,各地政府在推进产业结构调整和升级时,应该结合自身实际情况,优化科技金融体系,实行差异化发展战略,促进省域科技金融产业的集聚与发展。This paper study spatial interaction and influence of Technology Finance Industry Activi-ties by Moran!s I index and Lisa index, which use spatial econometric model. Research results indicatethat： First, provincial technology financial industry has obviously positive correlation in spatial distri-bution. Second, positive policy can enhance agglomeration effect of technology financial Yangtze River Delta. Third, positive policy may obstruct upgrading of the industrial structure inGuangdong. Thus, local governments promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading should imple-ment differentiated development strategies and optimize the technology financial system, which com-bine with their actual situation to promote technology financial industry＇s agglomeration and develop-ment.
