二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果,为2型糖尿病的治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月南充市中心医院收治的2型糖尿病患者130例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组患者给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者给予二甲双胍+瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosyltaed hemoglobin,HbA1c)、空腹C肽及餐后2小时C肽水平。结果治疗后,两组患者BMI、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈改善2型糖尿病患者血糖和HbA1c的效果优于单一用药。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Metformin and Repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and to provide reference for treatment of T2DM. Method 130 patients with T2DM in Nanchong Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were chosed as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with Metformin and the patients in observation group were treated with Metformin combine with Repaglinide. BMI, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, fasting C-peptide and 2 h postprandial C-peptide of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Result After treatment, the levels of BMI, FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c of the two groups were lower than those of before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c of observation group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Metformin and Repaglinide have better effect in improving the blood sugar and HbA1c of patients with T2DM.
