摘  要:目的明确胸部CT指导冠状动脉造影术导管选择的可行性.方法选取金华市中心医院在2016年1月至2016年9月期间,有胸部CT检查的行冠状动脉造影术患者200例,其检查数据通过philips intellispace portal工作站进行后处理,获得主动脉根部的前后径和左右径,冠脉开口位置、走向以及与升主动脉侧壁长轴方向的夹角,冠脉开口和主动脉壁呈切线位时与人体矢状面的夹角等数据.结果根据所获得的数据确定工作角度,指导造影导管的选择并顺利完成手术.结论胸部CT指导冠状动脉造影术导管选择是一种方便、快捷、安全、可靠的方法,而低剂量胸部CT的推广、大容量数据存储和传输技术,将推动胸部CT指导冠脉造影术导管选择技术的推广.Objectives The aim of the study is to explore the feasibility of catheter selection for coronary an-giography guided by thoracic CT. Methods The subjects were derived from the patients from January toSeptember in 2016, who were diagnosed to have coronary angiography by virtue of thoracic CT. The thoracicCT data were imported into the Philips intellispace portal workstation and then the indexes were obtained,such as the anteroposterior diameter, left and right diameter, coronary orifice, coronary opening direction,the angle between the long axis of the coronary artery and the ascending aorta, the angle between sagittalplane of human body and the coronary orifice, when the coronary orifice was tangential to the aortic wall.The indexes were used to guide the selection of appropriate contrast catheter. Results The data obtainedfrom 200 patients were used to ascertain the working angle and guide the selection of contrast catheter for thesuccessful completion of surgery. Conclusions Catheter selection for coronary angiography guided by tho-racic CT is a convenient, fast, safe, and reliable method. The popularization of thoracic CT under low dos-age is beneficial for the selection of coronary angiography catheter guided by thoracic CT.
