摘　　要：目的分析尼可地尔对稳定型微血管病性心绞痛的治疗效果。方法 104例稳定型微血管病性心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组52例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上口服尼可地尔,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组心绞痛发作频率及ST段压低幅度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的心绞痛发作频率与ST段压低幅度均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为88.5%,显著高于对照组的69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,研究组出现心悸、头晕等3例,不良反应发生率为5.8%;对照组出现心悸、头晕等10例,不良反应发生率为19.2%。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼可地尔治疗稳定型微血管病性心绞痛临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of nicorandil on stable micro vascular disease angina. Methods A total of 104 patients with stable micro vascular disease angina were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 52 cases. The control group received conventional therapy, and the research group received oral nicorandil on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in angina pectoris frequency and ST segment depression amplitude（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the research group had obviously lower angina pectoris frequency and ST segment depression amplitude than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The research group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 88.5% than 69.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. During treatment, the research group had 3 cases of palpitation and dizziness, with incidence of adverse reactions as 5.8%, and the control group had 10 cases of palpitation and dizziness, with incidence of adverse reactions as 19.2%. Both groups had statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nicorandil shows remarkable clinical efficacy in treating stable micro vascular disease angina with low incidence of adverse reactions, and it contains application value.
