人文关怀护理模式对克林霉素联合复方磺胺甲恶唑片治疗艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理模式对克林霉素联合复方磺胺甲恶唑片治疗艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎的疗效。方法 80例艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。所有患者均采用克林霉素联合复方磺胺甲恶唑片进行治疗,试验组采取人文关怀护理,对照组采取普通护理,比较两组患者动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)和动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2)的水平变化及护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者PaO_2和SaO_2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者PaO_2和SaO_2水平优于护理前,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对克林霉素联合复方磺胺甲恶唑片治疗艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎使用人文关怀护理模式,临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To discuss the efficacy of humanistic care nursing model on AIDS complicated with pneumocystis pneumonia treated by clindamycin combined with compound slfamethoxazole tablets. Methods A total of 80 AIDS complicated with pneumocystis pneumonia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients with clindamycin combined with compound slfamethoxazole tablets. The experimental group received humanistic care nursing, and the control group received general nursing. Comparison were made on changes of arterial oxygen partial pressure（PaO2） and arterial oxygen saturation（SaO2） level and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results Before nursing, both groups had no statistically significant difference in PaO2 and SaO2 level（P〉0.05）. After nursing, both groups had better PaO2 and SaO2 level than before nursing, and the experimental group was better than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction as 100% than 80% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic care nursing mode on AIDS complicated with pneumocystis pneumonia treated by clindamycin combined with compound slfamethoxazole tablets shows significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
