摘　　要：为适应学科发展需要,满足行业对人才的需求,采用"系科合一"人才培养模式,通过建立多渠道的沟通平台;以教学改革为契机,构建特色鲜明的课程体系;以培养创新能力为切入点,提高学生综合素质;建立形成性和终结性评价等多种考核方式以及加强医学检验技术专业毕业生的个性化、多元化发展等方面介绍了医学检验专业"系科合一"教学模式的设计及实践。In order to meet the needs for disciplinary development and the industry's needs for talents,we adopted the talent cultivation mode of "integration of department and clinical unit".We established the platform for multi-channel communication,constructed a characteristic curriculum based on the teaching reform,improved students' comprehensive quality by cultivating their innovative ability as the breakthrough point,and implemented a variety of assessment methods including formative and summative assessment.The paper also introduces the design and practice of the department-clinical unit integration teaching mode for medical inspection technology graduates to enhance their personalized and diversified development.
