摘  要:目的探讨在骨科教学中三维有限元与PBL模式相整合应用的效果。方法选取首都医科大学2015年8月—2017年2月临床医学专业本科五年级实习学生87名,随机性分成三班,普通班29名,实验1班29名,实验2班29名。普通班在骨科教学中采取传统教学方法,实验1班在骨科教学中采用PBL模式教学方法,实验2班在骨科教学中采用三维有限元与PBL模式相整合的教学方法。比较三班学生的骨科理论、实践考试成绩以及学生对教学效果的主观自评情况。结果普通班骨科理论分数(69.39±2.61)分,骨科实践考试成绩(65.49±3.11)分,学生对教学效果的主观自评分数(72.53±2.98)分;实验1班骨科理论分数(84.45±2.87)分,骨科实践考试成绩(82.23±3.96)分,学生对教学效果的主观自评分数(83.84±3.05)分;实验2班骨科理论分数(88.17±3.43)分,骨科实践考试成绩(85.44±2.19)分,学生对教学效果的主观自评分数(87.17±5.36)分。实验1班、2班在骨科理论、实践考试成绩以及学生对教学效果的主观自评上均高于普通班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验2班在三方面的成绩高于实验1班,但统计学无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在骨科教学中采取三维有限元与PBL模式相整合方法能够明显提高学生对知识点的掌握程度,同时增进学生的学习热情,值得在创伤骨科教学实践中推广使用。Objective To explore the integration effectiveness of 3 Dfinite element and problem-based learning(PBL)model in teaching of orthopedic traumatology.Methods We selected87 undergraduate students of five-year clinical medicine in Grade Five from August 2015 to February 2017.They were randomly divided into three classes:29 in ordinary class,29 in experimental class 1,and 29 in experimental class 2.The ordinary class received the traditional teaching method in orthopedics teaching.Students in experimental class 1 were taught with PBL mode teaching method while those in experimental class 2 were taught by 3 Dfinite element method integrated with PBL model.We compared orthopedic theoretical and practical test scores of the students in the three classes and the subjective self-evaluation of the teaching effectiveness.ResultsAs for the orthopedic theoretical test scores,practical test scores and the subjective self-evaluation of the teaching effectiveness,the ordinary class got(69.39±2.61)points,(65.49±3.11)points,and(72.53±2.98)points,respectively.And experimental class 1 had(84.45±2.87)points,(82.23±3.96)points,and(83.84±3.05)points.However,experimental class 2 had(88.17±3.43)points,(85.44±2.19)points,and(87.17±5.36)points.The two experimental classes significantly outperformed the ordinary class in the three aspects(P <0.05).Although experimental class 2 had higher scores than experimental class 1 in the three aspects,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional finite element integrated with PBL model could obviously improve the mastery of knowledge points in orthopedic traumatology teaching and enhance the students' learning enthusiasm.Therefore,it deserves popularization and application in teaching of orthopedic traumatology.
