摘 要:为研究非匀速冲压过程对厚板回弹的影响,对梯型、正弦型和偏正态型速度曲线下厚板冲压回弹进行分析,并通过试验对多组冲压过程进行验证。通过分析回弹与冲压速度的关系,将冲压过程划分为缓加速区、急加速区、匀速区、急减速区和缓减速区5个阶段,且通过试验得出5个阶段对回弹的影响程度。此外,对3种典型加载方式进行试验,结果表明,采用梯型速度加载方式,厚板梁类件的腹面回弹最大,其次是偏正态,采用正弦加载时,腹面回弹值最小,但对厚板件翼面回弹影响最为显著。In order to study the influence of n o n- constant-velocity stamping process on the springback of thick plate,the stamping springback of thick plate is analyzed under three stamping velocity curves ( trapezoidal, sine and skewed distribution on e) with their stamping processes verified by tests. Through the analysis on the rela-tionship between springback and stamping velocity,stamping process is devided into five phases slow acceleration, urgent acceleration,constant speed, urgent deceleration and slow deceleration, and the influence extent of each phase on springback is obtained by tests. In addition,tests are conducted with three typical loading m o d e s,and the results show that the venter surface of thick plate beams has m a x i m u m springback with trapezoidal velocity loading mode and next with skewed distribution one. Sine velocity loading results in m i n i m u m springback on venter surface, but has most significant effects on the flank surface springback of thick plate parts.
