摘　　要：等速驱动轴是汽车动力传动的关键部件,其强度决定传动系统主要性能。驱动轴与变速器、轮毂单元靠花键连接并传递动力。文章分析了渐开线花键受力情况,提出了花键强度计算校核方法,并结合某车型花键参数,给出了渐开线花键校核实例。The Constant speed drive shaft is a key part of automobile power transmission, and its strength determines the main performance of the transmission system. Drive shaft and transmission, wheel hub unit depend on the spline connection and transfer power.In this paper, the stress situation of the involute spline is analyzed, the method of calculating the key strength of the spline is proposed, and the checking example of the involute spline is given.
