山区高速公路营运性驾驶员驾驶适应性对策研究

摘　　要：道路交通事故绝大部分与驾驶员有关,由于驾驶员个体差异及事故倾向性等客观原因,导致部分驾驶员更容易发生事故,营运性运输车辆在山区高速公路上一旦发生交通事故后果会很严重,因此就有必要对山区高速公路营运性驾驶员驾驶适应性对策进行研究。文章主要从山区高速公路营运性驾驶员自身的职业素养、心理素质、操作技能、行程规划等方面提出对策,提高驾驶员自身的驾驶适应性;通过加强道路运输企业对山区高速公路营运性驾驶员的监督和管理,降低营运性运输过程的事故风险;通过立法进行驾驶适应性检测,筛选出合格的山区高速公路营运性驾驶员,降低山区高速公路事故风险。Road traffic accidents mostly relate to the driver, the driver due to individual differences and accident proneness and other objective reasons, resulting in some drivers are more prone to accidents, the operation of transport vehicles in the mountainous area Expressway accident consequences will be very serious, so it is necessary for the operation of the Mountai -nous Freeway driving adaptation Countermeasures research.This paper put forward the countermeasures from the occupa -tion accomplishment, psychological quality, operation skill, travel planning and other aspects of the operation of the driver＇s own mountain highway, improve the driver＇s own driving adaptability; through the strengthening of road transport enterprises on the mountain expressway driver＇s supervision and management, reducing the risk of accidents in the operation of the transport process of driving adaptability testing through legislation; the driver, selected highway operating standards, reduce the Mountainous Freeway accident risk.
