摘　　要：目的观察远志总皂苷(Tenuigenin,TEN)对癫痫模型大鼠海马CA1区烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体ɑ7(nAChRɑ7)亚基表达的影响,探讨TEN对癫痫继发认知障碍改善的可能机制。方法雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、癫痫模型组和TEN防治组3组。采用免疫组化方法对各组大鼠海马CA1区nAChRɑ7表达进行检测。结果与对照组相比,癫痫模型组大鼠海马CA1区nAChRɑ7表达减少(P<0.05),与癫痫模型组相比,TEN防治组大鼠海马CA1区nAChRɑ7表达明显升高(P<0.05)。结论TEN能够显著提高癫痫模型大鼠海马CA1区nAChRɑ7表达,这可能是其改善癫痫继发认知障碍的部分机制。Objective To observe the effects of Tenuigenin（TEN）on the expression of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subunit alpha-7（nAChRɑ7）in hippocampus of epilepsy model rats,and investigate the underlying mechanisms of TEN in relieving secondary cognitive disorder.Methods Male wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,and tenuigenin group.The expression of nAChRɑ7 in the hippocampus CA1 area was measured by immunohistochemistry method.Results Compared with the control groupthe expression of nAChRɑ7 in the hippocampus CA1 area were decreased significantly in the model group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the model group,the expression of nAChRɑ7 in the hippocampus CA1 area were increased significantly in TEN group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TEN could increase the expression of nAChRɑ7 in the hippocampus CA1 area in epilepsy model rat,which may partly explain the beneficial effects of TEN on cognitive function.
