加味泽泻汤联合敏使朗治疗急性期梅尼埃病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味泽泻汤联合甲磺酸倍他司汀(敏使朗)治疗梅尼埃病(急性期)临床疗效。方法 60例急性期梅尼埃病病人随机双盲分为观察组、对照组,各30例。观察组选用加味泽泻汤联合敏使朗,对照组单用敏使朗,用药前后两组眩晕、耳鸣、耳闷的评估依次采用眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、耳鸣致残量表(THI)、耳闷(VAS)评分。1个疗程(7d)后观察两组临床疗效。结果 7d后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组DHI、THI、耳闷(VAS)评分均比治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论加味泽泻汤联合敏使朗可明显缓解梅尼埃病急性期眩晕、耳鸣及耳闷症状,优于单用敏使朗。Objective To observe the effects of modified Zexie decoction（MZD）and merislon in the treatment of Meniere＇s disease in acute stage.Methods Sixty patients with acute stage of Meniere＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =30）treated with merislon,and treatment group（n =30）treated with merislon and MZD for 7 days.The scores of dizziness handicap inventory（DHI）,tinnitus handicap inventory（THI）,visual analog scale（VAS）were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of DHI,THI,VAS decreased in two groups,which were lower in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MZD and merislon can alleviate the dizziness,tinnitus,and stuffy ears in patients with acute stage of Meniere＇s disease.
