海洛因依赖者戒断前后血小板5-羟色胺变化的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究海洛因依赖者戒断过程中血小板 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)水平的动态变化。方法　采用高效液相色谱 -电化学检测方法 (HPLC ECD)测定 2 4例海洛因依赖者出现戒断反应前、反应时及反应后的血小板 5 HT值 ,并与 2 5例健康自愿者作对照。结果　海洛因依赖者戒断前血小板 5 HT水平较对照组显著增高 (t =13.96 ,P <0 .0 1) ;出现戒断反应时及反应后的血小板 5 HT水平较戒断反应前显著降低 (F =5 .96 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　研究结果提示海洛因依赖者存在 5 HT能神经功能失调 ,而 5 HT神经传递不足可能是产生戒断症状的重要原因之一。Objective To study the change of platelet 5 HT concentration in heroin addicts during withdrawl period. Methods The platelet 5 HT were determined by high performance liquid chromatography electrochemical device (HPLC ECD)in 24 heroin addicts and 25 control subjects,and heroin addicts were determined before,within and after withdrawing respectively. Results The platelet 5 HT conentration in heroin addicts before withdrawing were significantly higher than that in control subjects (t=13.96,P< 0.01 );The platelet 5 HT concentration in heroin addicts within withdrawing and after withdrawing were increased significantly than that in heroin addicts before withdrawing(F=5.96, P<0.01). Conclusions The results suggests that heroin addicts exist serotonergic dysfunction,and deficiency of 5 HT neurotransmission may play a role in the heroin withdrawal symptomatology.
